Giving a Plain Basket Pazazz

Ok, so maybe it's just paint on a basket, but hey it took a little work. I found this basket at a garage sale close to my house. The guy wanted to two whole dollars and fifty cents for it, and I gave it to him before his wife came out and took it back. It was a deal! I actually had been looking for something big like this for some storage, and this baby is big. I wanted to give it some color and found this colors to do it. Ok, so here are the details.

I got the colors at my local Home Depot. I used the sample sizes that you can buy for about three dollars. Really good deal since I still have a lot left for other projects. I went with True peach, Tropical coral, and Minty green.

I just used the frog tape to separate the colors and the mason twine for the handles. I was walking around the home depot and this color jumped out at me. such a bright color, so home it  came.
Just wrapped the twine around the handles super easy, and that's about it. Super simple to do, and my basket has pazazz now. Is that word even used anymore? I'm such a nerd. Nothing wrong with being one though.
